Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Times

Our standard shipping time is 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays

These circumstances are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. Promotional free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
